Penhaligon's Artemisiawomen

This is a lovely, lovely fragrance. "Powder" was not one of the notes available to select in this review, but this has a lot of floral and oriental that dries down to reveal an accompanying note of very soft (but not at all cloying, not "baby", but "lady") powder. I love the complexity of this scent. But it has no sillage at all and no staying power on my skin. Totally gone in an hour or two. So very beautiful, so frustratingly fugitive. I will not purchase again. Hope it lasts a bit longer on someone else, it is truly one of my favorite scents of all time. You might want to try a tester before you invest, it may prove fugitive on you as well. But it is (sigh...) utterly LOVELY. Wish you best of luck with this one!
