I recently started growing Moonflower on my patio, and became entranced with its aroma when the first bloom opened! I instantly started looking for a perfume that captured the scent, and came across this one. I love it. It captures the slightly-tropical, sweet scent without being cloying or overbearing. The powder is not my favorite note, but it becomes subdued not long after applying. Definitely adding this to my repertoire of scents!

This fragrance is mysterious & tantalizing ... it has the distinct allure of the Datura flower! The story behind the scent from Serge Lutens is from the old tales of witch's graves, on which the Datura was planted. So intriguing.... I don't get the coconut or chocolate notes at all, but a warm bewitching blend of dark jasminy, lightly almond, white musk & a bittersweet note ... I love it!! It's a mature parfum and not for those who are looking for the sweet & perky fragrances...

On me, all I get out of this perfume is a beautiful and natural smelling Tuberose. Doesn’t stay long on my skin and very weak projection.

This was purchased based on product description. For me it's a subdued sweet floral that can be worn anywhere day and night. Not sweet as in sugared or syrupy but sweet as in an actual sweet smelling flower.
