Immediately no. Nope. No. This is straight up curry. I spend every week at an Indian temple of worship and this smells exactly like the food we cook, serve and eat. I loooove that food and those spices, but I don't want to smell like I pickled myself in Masala. It is curry/cumin only. I could not scrub it off. It stayed on for hours and hours, through several different scrubbing attempts, with different cleansers, cloths and sponges. I love a cumin note (think Gladiator Oud by Electimuss), but this was overkill. It never dried down into anything other than cumin.

I could never buy it. The amount of Cumin that comes out this. And I thought it woul die down over time. Never did, kept the Cumin in the front most of the night. Can't do it

Fate is the 4th scent I have purchased from the Amouage line and I have yet to be let down! I have conversed with a few of surrounding scent lovers to express my joy with the line. Fate is another homerun in that simple way - those around me catch the scent and marvel at how incredible it is! One of my female co-workers reflected and said she had asked another co-worker if I was just in the vicinity because she could still smell my cologne but she didn't see me...and this was outside! 'Nuff said.
