This is the best hairspray EVER! I have been using #19 for years! I can make people's hair curly without using a curling iron! When I do use a curling iron this spray holds a curl a couple of days. There is no other product like this! I was devastated when I couldn't buy it from my distributor. Thank God for Fragrance Net!
