Loved it ,came fast and great price

I am a woman who has worn Declaration EDT for twenty years. I happened upon it in a Cartier boutique. I'm not into synthetic fragrances and had searched for a few years to replace a favorite go-to fragrance by Aveda, Equipoise. I receive compliments on this constantly and find that it is definitely an androgynous fragrance. There was mention of cumin by another reviewer, I must say it is a bottom note and not a top note in the blend. Vetiver would be the top note detected. SO light, fresh, and never overwhelming in public. I will continue to buy this forever. When I find a fragrance that is not offensive, or loud I am a customer for life. I buy the tester bottles of 3.3 EDT, what a bargain.

I've been wearing this for 22 years since it came out in 1998. Truly a classic example of what great perfumery can create.

Loving my latest purchase Declaration by Cartier, best Barbershop smelling fragrance I have. Leave’s me smelling fresh and gentlemanly, great spring time scent.
