Following several years of shipping our orders from our US warehouse into Australia, FragranceNet.com launched local Melbourne operations in 2021.
New York Warehouse
When there is an indication below the item to allow for 5-7 additional days of shipping, this means that we will dispatch that item from our US warehouse to our local warehouse in Australia, from where it will be dispatched to you. We have multiple shipments from our US warehouse to the Melbourne warehouse every week and will do our utmost to minimize the delay of your order.
Melbourne Warehouse
We are operating a state of the art warehouse in Melbourne in order to get our Australian customers their orders faster. The warehouse is still being expanded to stock more items and we will continue to optimize the available items in Australia. Orders for items in this warehouse will generally dispatch the same day or next working day depending on the time the order was placed.
