Fantasy Intense should have been named Fantasy Noir. It has a very strong patchouli note, which gives it a woody and earthy masculine vibe. I was hoping for an intense version of the original Fantasy, but this is not it. The name is misleading.

This is my favorite britney fragrance! Its so grown up and sexy and has this deep complex sweetness. Its sooo long lasting and projects far too. Its perfect for the ones who love sweet gourmand but not the cheap candy sweet scents.

A long time ago I smelt the original fantasy in a store and didn't care for it. But who knows maybe I'd like it now if I actually tried it on instead of just spraying in the air. But fantasy intense is AMAZING!!! I read the fragrance notes and decided I had to try it because it's everything I Love in a perfume, gourmand and woodsy notes!!! I'd definitely agree with other reviews if you don't like patchouli this isn't for you although it is incredibly well blended into the other notes. I get the cupcake note very prominently and I'd say it's actually the star of the show in this fragrance. You'll smell the cupcake almost right away and it'll also be the very last note you smell as it fades away. I give this a 10/10 and highly recommend for ppl who enjoy gourmand and patchouli. Also I feel this can be worn year round honestly.
