This isn't just for women. It smells great on guys, too! As I've aged I've developed a love for a little powder and non-sugary-sweet floral scents. With Arpege I have both. Fresh sprays deliver a harsh powder bomb, but when it dries down the powder drops back a bit and it becomes something wonderful on me. Deep within, I do smell the Chanel No 5 DNA. But I love Arpege. It smells better and produces a more airy, delightful sillage. My research found that it was reformulated in 1993, but I've never smelt it before. I discovered Arpege late August of 2026, and I'm fine with what it is today. I've also discovered that several of the classic fragrances please me more than the new ones today. *Don't let the labels stop you - 'Made for Man.' 'Made for Women.' - If you like the fragrance notes, if you like what you smell on other people, try it. It could be your signature scent. A scent is a scent. Wear what you love.

My father sold this perfume in the 60s. He has been gone for a long time, but this perfume is a classic that smells so beautiful. And it is a fragrance that is not too fruity like some. It was probably one of the best perfumes in the world! Buy this one you would never regret it is divine!!! I think you will absolutely Love it ! I do! With Love Brenda W
