Femme Rochaswomen

Many of my favourite perfumes have been discontinued and I am so glad Femme is still available! It is rich and fruity and altogether delightful. also long lasting! A great fragrance should give its wearer joy and this one certainly does for me.

Why people say some perfums are for older women? Because when you are too young you do not have the money and status for the very good perfums! that’s all! And because in the 60s 70s and ‘80s all the perfums had much better quality than now, so those perfums now seem to smell like old ffashioned for the youth; they prefer the light fresh aroma for a couple of hours and move on on another one, changing all the time; not in those days! It is a perfume for every personality and every age also. When I was 20 years old they gave me Femme by Rochas at work for Secretary day. At that age, it did not match my so young and undeveloped personality, and the way I dress at that time, and I remember being facinated by it but made feel it was too much for me, like I could not carry it. Now, as an adult woman, it is beautiful and empowering.

My Mother gave me a bottle of Femme when I was 16 years old. I am now 87 years old. I still use Femme and I have never used any other. It’s lovely to hear one of my granddaughters say that to smell Femme is to be with her Grandma
