It opens with a strong but masterful maraschino cherry—dead-on cherry, without the cough syrupy smell that sometimes accompanies cherry notes. The rest of the composition is carried by a sweet, lactonic quality that comes through as vanilla ice cream. Waves of beautiful, creamy almond and thick, luscious (but not overly sweet) caramel emerge throughout. This perfume is quite a flex from the perfumer, as they took very risky notes and created a true work of art. The best way to describe it is as a delicious vanilla sundae with nuts and a caramel drizzle. The projection is quite modest, and the longevity is about eight hours. It is a beautiful gourmand—9/10 for me. It is a people pleasing fragrance, it could be a blind buy for gourmand lovers.
