I loved the original Y and was curious how this version would compare. Really, just looking to have the fragrance as a fond memory - rather to wear on-the-daily. First spray is quite bright and strong. Not all-together unpleasant, but, not my favorite, either. It did calm down within an hour to less bright/tart with the spring floral notes popping more to the surface. By hour 3, it was very close to what I remember, with perhaps a bit more patchouli. A nice blend of fresh /floral/a tiny powdery with a base warmth to it. Extremely good lasting power on the skin from one spray - what I would expect from a parfum and not a toilette - so the bottle will last a very long time.

Y is crisp, clean, yet soft smelling. Highly recommend for all ages.

This "Y" is only EU de toilet spray. Nearly all alcohol. I want the real thing. Perfume!
