This scent is not for everyone. It opens with a blast of leather/tobacco/barnyard that is quite intimidating and can cause one to stop right there. Have patience. After about half an hour it begins to moderate and over the next six hours gradually gentles down and does not project with the original knock-'em-dead strength. It remains closer to the skin with a woody/beeswax radiance. The barnyard smell fades but does not disappear entirely. I do not recommend appearing in public during the first half hour--the longer one waits the better. In its later stages I consider it tremendously seductive on women of a certain age and, of course, on men past the first flush of youth.
