I made this purchase early November 2021 as a blind buy. It smells great. Comes across strong and very pleasant. A Man's cologne with the sweetness that a woman wants to smell on him. Three sprayes my first wear, then four sprayes my next wear. I have not received compliments yet. I recommend this fragrance.

This fragrance was the first that I fell in love with from Montale. It is what many call "beast-mode" meaning that it projects like a beast and lasts all day long. It is strong so you only need a couple sprays for anyone in your vicinity to get a whiff f this dry rosey oud fragrance. This is most definently not for the faint of heart but can be pulled off in non-casual settings. It is extremely dry and if you don't LOVE rose then avoid this fragrance.

***I only gave a star so I could leave a review.*** This fragrance is horrid. Really strong and overpowering. I couldn't even begin to describe what notes are in it, I couldn't breathe or think clear until the smell dissipated. It was too much. Not a good choice for me. Not sexy in the least bit.

Not an easy to pull of fragrance. But in the right situation (date night out) 3 sprays is all you need! Beautiful rose and potent oud make this a very unique smell!
