The absolutely chic and enchanting fragrance of Y comes from the design house of Yves Saint Laurent and captures the spirt of the youth. Composed by Dominique Ropion, this 2017 scent opens with notes from bergamot, ginger, mint and lemon at the top. The notes of violet leaf, sage, apple, geranium and pineapple is entrancing at the heart, while the base is enthralling with hints from musk, cedar, vetiver, balsam fir, incense and ambergris.

My first bottle of Y was gifted to me few months ago and I liked it when I didn’t know much about fragrances. I disliked it for a while but just now I sprayed it on my wrist again and it’s like I’ve been enlightened. I’ve been hit with something. This fragrance smells so good. It’s the perfect amount of everything. It’s a little bit powdery. It’s fresh. It’s sweet and very long lasting with good projection. Might have to buy the biggest bottle.
