If Chanel no.5 was made for Men, this is how it would smell like. Maybe because of the aldehydes, which is quite prominent at first spray and wears on. I don't smell the lemon, but the leather, the hints of suede and vanilla, and even iris and musk (again, must be the aldehydes), giving it that slightly powdery, funky air. And it lasts a long time. To some it might smell old-lady, but to me it smells sexy! If you're female, think of it as you're wearing your man's leather jacket; the combo of your perfume and his manly scent in his jacket- there! Hot, right?

Clean Suede smells like stepping into a brand-new private jet or a freshly unwrapped luxury convertible. There’s this surreal “new” smell like factory-fresh plastic, leather seats still wrapped in protective film, and high-end materials untouched by time. It’s the scent of a moment before the world touches it. What hits you first is this ultra-smooth clean suede, modern, slightly smoky, and kissed by a soft, creamy vanilla in the background. There’s a sterile sexiness to it. Imagine if Bvlgari Black and Zadig & Voltaire This is Him! had a baby raised by Tom of Finland. That’s Clean Suede. It’s refined. It’s minimal. It’s quietly daring. The only drawback is its performance. It projects noticeably for about 1 to 1.5 hours, then melts into your skin for another 5–6 hours like a soft whisper present, but only for those close enough. That intimacy actually suits it. This isn’t a loud scent it’s for the ones who get close.
