Fueled by its storied history of style and speed, Italian motorcycle company Ducati launched its first fragrance in 2010. The men's scent Ducati by Ducati captures the experience of the open road with woody citrus notes and conjures fresh courses charted through scenic surroundings.

Founded in 1926 by Antonio Cavalieri Ducati and his three sons, Ducati was an early innovator in Italian motorcycle racing, though the company's initial success had nothing to do with bikes. Throughout the 1930s, the Ducati factory in Bologna rolled out cameras, calculators and radios. In 1946, after the destruction of World War II, the brothers created a hopeful harbinger for the new era: a small, nimble engine. Named the Cucciolo, the engine clipped onto bicycles, serving a growing need for practical and affordable transportation. In the decades that followed, Ducati built a reputation for speed and innovation. The company's motorcycles dominated during the 1950s in such races as the Motogiro d'Italia and the Grand Prix.

Today, Ducati is still known for high-performance bikes that deliver speed and prowess to the rider. In 2011, Ducati added Fight For Me, a spicy citrus with notes of apple, followed by Fight for Me Extreme in 2012.
