I just bought some of this as I was a huge fan of the original 70′s version and really missed it! Bought some of the wonderful original on e-bay but not full bottles, so thought I’d try this for when the original runs out. Terrible! Nothing like the original fragrance which was 100% lemon – this is like a mix of lemon and flowers and musk. The lemon disappears quickly and you are left with just the musk smell. Why did they have to try and reinvent the wheel? Just give us 100% lemon that LASTS!

I agree with Jessica!!! It makes me feel so happy....the 70's were the best time in my young life. Although Clairol Herbal Essence was a great shampoo, I would love to also see "Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific" hair products again. I always got good reviews from people around me at the time.!!!

Love's Lemon perfume is what I have been looking for over twenty years! Nothing is as truly lemony and fresh as this perfume. It reminds me of my college years in the 70s which was a very invigorating time for me. Now I can feel that all over again. Thank you!

Review of Loves Fresh Lemon
I was a bit leery about ordering Love's Fresh Lemon because of the handful of reviews that said it smelled like alcohol. I found that it did smell like alcohol when I sniffed it in the bottle but was fine on the skin. I will definitely order again. I ordered both the cologne and the spray...the spray is tiny, I plan to save it for traveling. I had to chuckle reading through the reviews, my guess is that most people ordering this are over 40 like me. It's a nice way to flash back to the 70's!
