I stumbled into Scherrer spray cologne for my wife several years while on a business trip. It has to be the most unforgettable gift in our 41 years of marriage. She loves the fragrance and everywhere we go, day or night, she is ALWAYS asked by at least one person what the fragrance is. Of course, she is flattered by the compliments and I am thrilled that this one continuing gift has brought so much joy for my wife and appreciation by others.

Jean Louis Scherrer no1 I have been wearing this fragrance for 25 years. I have people telling me every day how nice I smell (delicate, subtle, etc). Everybody asks me :"what are you wearing? It smells so nice". When I heard it was discontinued I felt like crying. I did not know how to choose another perfume that suits me as well. So until you received some of this perfume again, I did not wear any other one. Will it be back in production??? I surely hope, and if it is I will buy many not to miss this perfume anymore!!!

I can see from all the other reviews written here by JLS lovers that our cries of distress won't be answered. I have given up hope of finding this wonderful scent in the US (or maybe anywhere) again. I think it must have been discontinued by Scherrer - a tragic mistake. Like most others, I have been wearing this unique and seductive scent since the late 70s. Alas, I have moved on to another old favorite of mine from the same era. If it *ever* becomes available again, there will obviously be a willing backlog of full price customers!

My husband bought this perfume for me in Saudi Arabia 25 plus years ago and I have been wearing it since. Please restock soon. I have not found another perfume to replace it.

My husband brought this perfume for me from Paris many years ago and I loved it immediately. I always receive compliments when I wear it. Please stock it again! I don't want to wear any other scent.
