What is Purpl Rewards?
Purpl Rewards is our free 3-tiered loyalty and rewards program (the “Program”) that lets you earn points (aka “Purpl Points”) and easily redeem rewards right on our website or mobile app. It’s simple -- Every time you shop, you earn points. (Some exclusions may apply. See FAQ “What items do not qualify for earning points?” below). You can earn additional points by engaging with us in various activities, and you can use those points to redeem rewards on future orders and enter into exclusive sweepstakes.

How does it work?
First, you must have a FragranceNet.com account. You can sign-up or sign-in here. or through the FragranceNet.com mobile app. All members will earn points on eligible, qualifying purchases across www.fragrancenet.com and our mobile app, and by engaging with us through various activities. Members will earn 5 points per dollar spent on standard purchases and can earn bonus purchase points during promotional member days, up to a maximum $5,000 annual spending cap towards earning points through purchase. Additionally, members may engage in several ways to earn points outside of purchase.

How do I sign-up for Purpl Rewards? Does it cost anything?
You can sign-up for the Program by creating an account here or through our mobile app. You will automatically be enrolled when you provide your name and email and create a password. Mobile phone number is optional for signing up. If you already have an existing account, you can opt-in to the Program here or through our mobile app. It is free to join the Program; no purchase or payment is required.

Who is eligible to join?
Membership in Purpl Rewards is available to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia only. You must be 18 years of age or older and the age of majority to participate. Corporations, wholesalers, and groups are not eligible to participate. The Program is open only to individuals for their personal, non-commercial use. Purchases, rewards and benefits are for the individual participating member’s own personal consumption, use or enjoyment and may not be bartered, traded, sold or resold. After I make a return, what happens now?
After you make a return, in accordance with our return policy here, you will be refunded the dollar amount that you paid (after rewards and discounts) to your original form of payment. Reward amounts are a one-time use and will not be credited back to your account. Earned points from your return will be deducted from your account, and in some cases, may leave a negative points balance in your account.

Can I combine accounts?
Every eligible customer can have only one Purpl Rewards membership. Memberships are not able to be combined.

Does my membership ever expire?
Your membership in Purpl Rewards does not expire, however, your points and tier status may change based on activity in the Program.
Your redeemable points balance will expire only if you haven’t made a purchase, engaged in a Program activity or redeemed any points in the last 12 consecutive months (i.e. 365 days) rolling period. All points are in one group, and will expire after this period of inactivity. You can continue to save your points for future rewards as long as you are active within a 12 month period.
Once you reach Ambassador (Tier 2) and VIP (Tier 3), you’ll keep that status for the remainder of the year, and the following calendar year. Your status will expire at the end of the following calendar year if you don’t earn enough points to maintain your status for another year. The points you earn within the following January through December calendar year will determine your tier status. You must earn at least 2,000 points within the calendar year to keep Ambassador (Tier 2) status or at least 4,000 points in the calendar year to keep VIP (Tier 3) status.

Can I cancel my membership in the Program?
If you choose to cancel your membership, please contact our customer service team by phone or email.
By cancelling, you are relinquishing your active tier status, and forfeiting any available points assigned to your member account. You will lose all accrued points, rewards and benefits in your Program account at the time of such cancellation.

What happens if I opt-out of marketing communications?
While you may miss learning about personalized earning and reward promotions, opting out of marketing communications will have no impact on your ability to earn and redeem points.

Do I have to be signed up for marketing emails or mobile (SMS) texts to be a member?
By enrolling in the Program, you are automatically subscribed to our marketing emails. Signing up for mobile (SMS) texts is optional. You can modify all marketing and member communication settings here. As a member, you can choose how we communicate with you. Members that sign up for mobile (SMS) texts earn additional points for signing up, but you can unsubscribe at any time. How do I earn points
There are a few ways you can earn points as a member: Every time you shop on our site or mobile app, and when you engage or interact with the available activities found on the Loyalty Dashboard page.
Every dollar spent on www.fragrancenet.com or our mobile app will earn points for purchase (except gift card purchases, taxes, shipping and handling charges and any other fees). Additionally, you can do things like write a review, sign-up for text, create a wishlist and more. Note that some engagement activities may have limitations on the number of times that you can use them to earn points. For example, you can earn points by checking out our social media pages on Facebook and Instagram, as well as watching our YouTube video, but you can only earn points for each of those activities a maximum of 2 times per month. Similarly, once a month, you can earn points by completing a survey, poll and/or quiz. All the ways to engage with us and earn additional points, as well as any limitations, are accessible on the Loyalty Dashboard page.

What items do not qualify for point redemption?
Most of our products are eligible for earning points. Gift cards, taxes, shipping and handling charges and fees are excluded from earning rewards points. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details. If any other exclusions apply, it will be stated on the product page.

How are points calculated for a purchase?
If it is a qualifying purchase, you will earn 5 points for every $1 spent (rounded to nearest dollar before tax, and after discounts and rewards are applied), up to a maximum $5000 annual spending cap on qualifying purchases. During special promotions and events, you will have the opportunity to earn 1.5X, 2X or 2.5X bonus points (based on your tier status).

How do I earn birthday bonus points?
If you elect to add your birth date to your account profile, you will automatically receive 100 bonus points to your account on your birthday. No purchase required.

Points are non-transferable and have no cash value (unless required by law).

Can my points expire?

How do I level up to a new tier?
There are 3 available tiers based upon the number of points accumulated: Tier 1 (Member) = 0 – 1,999 points; Tier 2 (Ambassador) = 2,000 – 3,999 points; and Tier 3 (VIP) = 4,000 and above points. The points you earn within the current calendar year (January 1 to December 31) will determine your tier status for the current calendar year, as well as your tier status for the following calendar year. The points earned during that following calendar year will determine your tier status for the subsequent year. So from January through December of this year, you must earn at least 2,000 points to reach or maintain Tier 2 (Ambassador) status or at least 4,000 points to reach or maintain Tier 3 (VIP). Whatever status you reach this year, you will retain for next year and, during next year, the points you accumulate will determine whether you continue to maintain that status or change tier level for the subsequent year. For example, if you earn 4,000 points this year, you will be in Tier 3 (VIP) for the remainder of this year and next year; during next year, you will need to have accumulated at least 4,000 points to retain Tier 3 (VIP) status for the following year. If during next year, you only accumulate 2,000 points, then for the following year your tier status will level down to Tier 2 (Ambassador).

Does my tier level ever expire?
Not exactly. A tier level will not expire but, rather, it can change depending upon the accumulated points in your account during a calendar year. The points you earn within the current calendar year (January 1 to December 31) will determine your tier status for the current calendar year, as well as your tier status for the following calendar year. The points earned during that following calendar year will determine your tier status for the subsequent year. So from January through December of this year, you must earn at least 2,000 points to reach or maintain Tier 2 (Ambassador) status or at least 4,000 points to reach or maintain Tier 3 (VIP). Is there a maximum number of points you can earn?
While there are no maximum points you can earn in the Program, there is an annual purchase or spend limit of $5,000 towards earning points through making a purchase. If you have met the spend limit within a calendar year’s time (January 1 through December 31), you will no longer be able to earn points through purchase for that calendar year. All further purchases in that calendar year won’t earn any points and you will not start earning points through purchases until January 1st of the next calendar year.

When will my points show up?
All points earned in the Program through purchase will show up as soon as the item ships from our warehouse. Points earned from engagement activities will show up within the same day on your account with the exception of the points for writing reviews. Reviews must be approved by our community managers to ensure they meet our guidelines.

What happens to the points I’ve earned when an order is cancelled?
In the event that your order is cancelled, we will deduct the earned points from your account.

What do I do if I am missing points?
If you think you are missing points for an activity or purchase, please contact our Customer Service team by email at rewards@fragrancenet.com or by telephone at 1-800-PARFUMS (727-3867), Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Time so that we can assist you.

What happens if I used Guest Checkout?
Don’t worry! Guest Checkout shoppers can opt-in to the Program either on the confirmation screen after Guest Checkout or through a link you will receive by email after Guest Checkout. If you opt-in through the email link, you must do so during a 7 day window from the date of your Guest Checkout. Already enrolled in the Program but used Guest Checkout? If our system recognizes your email as connected to an account, you will automatically receive any points earned from your Guest Checkout purchase as soon as your order ships. If you used an email during Guest Checkout that is different from the email on your account, our system will not recognize it as connected to your account and you will need to contact Customer Service to receive your points and adjust your account email.

When will I receive my points for writing a review?
Thanks for reviewing our products! You will receive your points as soon as our community managers can approve the review. We look over all of our product reviews to ensure that they are compliant with the Program Terms and the FragranceNet.com Terms of Use, in addition to making sure that they provide useful information about the product and refrain from any profanity or vulgar language. This process can take up to 7 business days.

Can rewards be combined with discounts?
Yes, you may combine your reward with other loyalty member rewards, and they can be combined with standard discount offers unless specifically noted. Standard promotional discounts can be applied to purchases along with discount and product rewards.

What rewards can I earn?
All members can redeem their earned points for reward offers, product rewards, and entry to exclusive member sweepstakes unless specifically noted.
Reward offers are redeemable dollar amounts that can be applied to your shopping cart. You can redeem reward offers in the following increments: $5, $10, $25 and $50 dollars (other amounts may be available from time to time). They can be used in conjunction with other promotions and product rewards (unless additional restrictions are noted). You must use the full amount at the time of purchase, so if your cart total is less than your applied reward offer, you will lose the remaining balance.
Product rewards are accessible on the Loyalty Dashboard. Products rewards are added to your cart and shipped out with your next order.
When available, you may use points to enter exclusive member sweepstakes. The sweepstakes are accessible on the Loyalty Dashboard. One entry per member, per sweepstakes period. How do I redeem points for rewards?
Rewards are available exclusively on our website www.fragrancenet.com, and on our app (download it here) for logged in members. Available reward offers and product rewards can be viewed on the Loyalty Dashboard, and reward offers can also be applied directly in the shopping cart and at checkout.

Is there a maximum number of rewards I can redeem?
Members may apply as many reward offers as they would like, as long as they have an eligible points balance to redeem.
Note that you must make a purchase to redeem either a product reward or reward offer. Your cart subtotal may equal less than your reward offer, but you will then lose the remaining balance. For example, if your subtotal is $5 and you apply a $10 reward, you will lose the remaining $5.

Can I return a product reward?

What happens if my order purchased with a reward offer gets cancelled?
If your entire online order purchased with a reward offer is cancelled by us, you will receive a credit for the points used to redeem the voucher. If part of your order is cancelled by us and the amount of the order is now less than the voucher amount, we will issue a merchandise credit. If you choose to cancel your order (in whole or in part), you will forfeit the voucher and will not be credited back points.
